Michelle Hawes joined the team in June and has already made her mark in the ticketing department; concentrating her efforts on UK rail tickets she has also been learning the complexities of the European ticketing systems. New Website
The ticketing department has a new website, set aside from the main company website myrailtrip.co.uk has been designed for our ticket customers, the site is constantly changing and is well worth a look! We are open to suggestions so please let us know if there is anything you would like to see on myrailtrip.co.uk.
In the pipeline are seating plans for some of the major European trains in our new download section which will be appearing soon!

The Swiss Pass is not only an excellent way to travel around Switzerland by train, bus and boat, it also includes free entrance to over 400 museums in Switzerland, like the Swiss Transport Museum in Luzern, as well as 50% reduction on mountain journeys.
Furthermore children aged 6-15 years and travelling with a parent are free on the STS network with Family Card, so Switzerland is now more affordable to visit.

Deutsche Bahn
We are proud to announce that in April Ffestiniog Travel became the first and only Deutsche Bahn agency in Wales. This means that we are able to offer all the same tickets you can buy from a German railway station or from their website.
Tickets are available from London to Germany starting at the extremely good price of €49,00 one way (not including reservations and charges).
