We REALLY Do Want to See Your Holiday Photos and Videos!
You don't even have to invite us round for a slide show

What better way to illustrate our tours than through your eyes, so do you have an image or have you captured some footage that perfectly portrays your holiday with us? We are looking for:
- A memorable view from a train
- Engines in full steam during a run-past or at a railway station
- Trains set within a scenic background
- Landscapes and landmarks snapped during your railway journey
- People, places and culture captured by you from around the world
- The images and moments that best illustrate the highlights of your holiday with us
As part of our 40th Anniversary celebrations in 2014 we hope to gather some wonderful pictorial memories of Ffestiniog Travel's own journey over the last 40 years with your help. Technology allows non-digital images to be scanned and sent and some of you may have converted old footage into a digital format. So it doesn’t matter how old the images are, we welcome all photographs taken during an FT tour.
Selected images and footage will appear on our photo and video galleries on the Ffestiniog Travel website, available to be viewed by visitors to the site. Images and footage will be credited to you and labelled by date, destination, railway journey and tour. By submitting them you give us license to use them in our other marketing material so your pic may even appear in our brochure, posters and on our Facebook page.
- Video footage should be edited and no more than 10 minutes long and uploaded onto YouTube or placed in a personal Dropbox file and simply send the link to us at info@ffestiniogtravel.co.uk.
- Hi Res (ideally minimum 1MB) images can be uploaded direct to us by clicking on the upload link under the Photo Gallery heading on the left hand side of the website homepage. If you upload an image via our website please inform us by email at info@ffestiniogtravel.co.uk. Alternatively send an image sharing it to our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FfestiniogTravel
If we receive a regular supply of images we plan to run a monthly photo competition from January 2014 and the winning pic will appear on our website homepage and Facebook page! So we look forward to receiving your visual memories of our tours and if you have any questions about this initiative please do not hesitate to contact us direct.
